The DOH process involves a credentials assessment followed by the DOH licensing exam, also Prometric-based. Abu Dhabi roles typically offer slightly higher salaries than equivalent Dubai roles.
MOH — Ministry of Health
MOH licensing covers the Northern Emirates: Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. MOH-licensed jobs tend to have lower salary ceilings but are also faster to obtain and accept a broader range of Indian qualifications including GNM diploma holders.
