Key responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose pediatric patients, determining the need for surgical intervention
Develop and implement personalized surgical treatment plans
Perform a variety of complex surgical procedures on infants, children, and adolescents
Manage postoperative care, ensuring the health and recovery of patients
Educate and mentor medical students and residents in surgical techniques and patient care
Engage in clinical research and stay up-to-date with advancements in pediatric surgery
Requirements
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited pediatric surgery fellowship
Significant experience in performing pediatric surgical procedures
Strong commitment to medical education and training
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
Proactive approach to teamwork within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
Commitment to engaging in research and contributing to academic discussions
