Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and assess vital signs and health status of critically ill neonates, ensuring prompt interventions as needed.
Administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids accurately while adhering to strict protocols for neonatal care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each infant's needs.
Educate and support families in understanding the complexities of NICU care, fostering emotional resilience during challenging times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree from an accredited institution is essential.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, with specialized certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing strongly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting, demonstrating advanced clinical skills and knowledge.
Experience with neonatal resuscitation and stabilization techniques, showcasing readiness for high-stakes situations.
