Roles & Responsibilities
Ensures accuracy of patient meals and therapeutic diets
Oversees tray line operations and meal delivery
Leads food safety and compliance programs
Supervises and trains staff
Coordinates with clinical, nursing, and food operations teams
Monitors patient satisfaction and supports continuous improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s in Nutrition & Dietetics (Master s preferred)
3 5 years of hospital experience
Licensed Dietitian (MOPH)
Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and food safety standards
