Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.

Holds a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.

Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), showcasing life-saving skills.

Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, proving managerial expertise.
