Provide breastfeeding consultations to mothers
Develop and implement personalized lactation care plans
Educate mothers and families about breastfeeding techniques and benefits
Assess and address common breastfeeding issues such as latch difficulties and low milk supply
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
Offer emotional support and encouragement to breastfeeding mothers
Conduct breastfeeding classes and workshops
Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans
Desired Candidate Profile
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) credential
Experience in maternal or child health care as a DHA Registered Midwife
Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting as a Registered Midwife & Lactation Consultant
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with breastfeeding mothers
