Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the comprehensive care of hospitalized adult patients, from admission through discharge, ensuring continuity of care.
Perform thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic investigations to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies, including medication management, procedural interventions, and supportive care, to optimize patient outcomes.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses, specialists, and ancillary staff, to facilitate seamless patient care and communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
Completed a residency program in Internal Medicine, demonstrating a strong foundation in the diagnosis and management of adult medical conditions.
Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine from a recognized medical board.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hospitalist, showcasing proven clinical acumen and expertise in acute care settings.
Must have good IP ward and inpatient experience and willing to work shifts.
