Roles & Responsibilities
Administer dialysis treatments to patients with renal failure, ensuring adherence to prescribed protocols and safety standards.
Monitor patients during dialysis sessions, assessing vital signs and identifying any complications promptly.
Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, dietary restrictions, and fluid management to promote better health outcomes.
Collaborate with nephrologists and healthcare teams to create individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Nursing degree (ADN or BSN) from an accredited institution, with a strong foundation in renal nursing.
Current RN licensure in the practicing state, with a focus on dialysis or critical care nursing experience.
Active SCFHS license or under processing candidates can apply
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in dialysis or related fields, demonstrating hands-on expertise in patient care.
