Roles & Responsibilities
Management of female pelvic floor conditions:
Pelvic organ prolapse
Urinary incontinence
Recto vaginal and vesico vaginal fistulae
Anal incontinence
Rectal prolapse
Maintain and develop high standard patient care.
Supervise urodynamic assessment for voiding dysfunction.
Participate in training, conferences, and skill development.
Conduct and promote research in relevant areas.
Provide education for patients and care providers.
Work collaboratively with Urology, Colorectal Surgery, Radiology etc.
Maintain clinical records, confidentiality, and admin responsibilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Medical degree in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Fellowship in Reconstructive Female Pelvic Surgery & Urogynecology:
3 year fellowship OR
2 year fellowship + 1 year additional experience.
