The role involves providing high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic haematology services across inpatient and outpatient settings, in line with international best practices.
The successful candidate will manage a broad spectrum of benign and malignant haematological conditions while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultant-level assessment, diagnosis, and management of haematological disorders
Manage both benign and malignant haematology cases as per scope of practice
Oversee and interpret haematology laboratory investigations
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and follow-up plans
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff where required
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
Participate in clinical audit, quality improvement, and governance activities
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and UAE regulatory standards
