Primary responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Monitor and document patient progress, responding promptly to any changes in condition.
Provide education and support to patients and families on health-related issues.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate effective care delivery.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards within the healthcare facility.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or comparable nursing qualification.
Current and valid registered nurse (RN) license in the relevant state.
Basic life support (BLS) certification is required; advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is preferable.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Previous nursing experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
