Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and other renal-related issues.
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform renal biopsies and other necessary procedures with precision and care.
Oversee patients undergoing dialysis and other renal replacement therapies, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Educate patients and their families about kidney health, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and improve health outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in nephrology and participate in continuing education activities.
Requirements
Medical degree from an accredited institution with a specialization in nephrology.
Board certification in nephrology is required.
Current medical license to practice in the UAE, particularly in Dubai.
Experience in managing complex renal conditions and performing renal procedures.
Strong clinical acumen with a patient-centered approach to care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and healthcare teams.
A commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement in renal care.
