Key responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Conduct regular assessments and monitor patients' responses to therapies.
Educate and mentor junior healthcare staff to cultivate professional development.
Communicate effectively with families regarding patient conditions and care plans.

Qualifications:
MD or equivalent medical degree with a current and valid medical license.
Board certification in critical care medicine or a related specialty.
At least 5 years of experience in a critical care setting.
Strong leadership and clinical decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate efficiently in high-pressure situations.
